Happy 2013!

I’m baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! LOL Not full force as I’m still juggling many things in my life, but I need some motivation and accountability in my life, and also it’s fun to try to help motivate others and see them reach their goals. You get what you give!
I’m still working full time downtown, selling Mary Kay and helping out at church with the women’s & childrens ministries. In my free time I read and try to clean my house.
I haven’t been living the healthy lifestyle for quite some time now. My weight seems to be a constant roller coaster up 20 lbs!
My church family is doing a fast, and while some are doing the Daniel fast, I’m giving up sweets & only drinking water for the next 21 days. I can tell ya, day 2 w/out my sweet Dr. Pepper has not been awesome. LOL I miss it BAAAAAAAAAAAAAD. But, I’ll get thru this. I’ve done it before, I can certainly do it again.
My biggest struggle has ALWAYS been watching what I eat. I can exercise 2 hours a day and see min results, but staying in my calorie range does wonders. You’d think that’d be motivation enough, but alas, no. I still like my donuts and cake. My work place is NO help. I have a huge candy dish that sits on my co-workers desk right behind me and we seem to be CONSTANTLY celebrating something with cake! Like today! And donuts are provided twice a week. GOOD DONUTS. So, this will not be easy, but I suppose nothing great is easy. Otherwise spark won’t need to exist.

    haha reading this blog is like putting a mirror to my life! I to LOVE my Dr. P and working out doesn't seem to do as much good as eating right does for me. I no longer have that work issue, but at my last job we had a potluck almost once a week for someone's birthday or a holiday. I DO NOT miss that at all. Good for you on giving up soda, I don't know if I could do it. I should try to give something up though! Good Luck!
