I just picked up the C5K again. I am doing it with a friend this time. Hopefully I can continue it this time. Last time, I had a knee injury in which I stopped and never got back into it. Now with a friend, I have some accountability. Even though we have to different work out goals, it is nice to have someone to work/run with. We might be completing a few of the weeks more than once. It was not too bad this morning. The GPS did not work inside the gym so we did not get an accurate measurement of how far we went. Wednesday we will be outside again if it is warm. It was way too cold this morning to do it.

Other than that, not too much has been happening. I was able to lose a few pounds over Christmas break. I did not even keep track of what I ate nor my exercises. I was suprised that I was able to lose some. It has been a slow process. My husband wants me to slowly lose weight instead of drastically because he wants me too keep it off and not gain it back. IT totally makes sense to me. I can't wait to buy a new clothes. I do know that my clothes now are fitting loser!
