1st Weigh-In ...... Done!

Well the scary part is behind me now! I can official say I have made it through my first week (though in truth I started mid-way though the week last week) and I did my first weigh-in today! I lost 1.5 lbs which I guess is not too bad since I only started on Wed. Jan 2nd, 2013 and I know the stuff does not happen over night. At least it did not go up right!
I will work harder this week and maybe next Monday I can get the scales to say that I lost 2 - 3 lbs (which at my weigh, from what I have read is a good goal to have each week) but if not as long as it keeps coming off I can live with slow and steady! While my overall goal is to loss over 100 lbs my short-term goal is to just loss 50 lbs in 2013! So here is to a good start! I am so glad my mom (and my friend) told me about SparkPeople!
