Well it is back to a regular schedule tomorrow or whatever it is we do. The girls went back to their other homes, the kids are back in school. My first day will be doctors and cleaning. My house has been hit by 4 tween and teens that seem only to know how to make messes and cleaning up is a foreign concept. So I will start in one room and work my way to the next so with the lifting and moving, moping and sweeping, I should meet the quota for work out.

I am happy to report that I only gained 4lbs over the last few weeks. I stuck to a modified schedule for diet and exercise, but not at all close to what I had been doing and we had a lot of car time for transporting. So part of the back to normal is proper meal preparation, walking and adding in some core activities. Glad to admit that I have stayed away from the soda's and have been drinking water but not the full 8 a day. Happy Sparking! emoticon

    Great that you are using your blog to reflect on the vacation and looking forward to normalcy. It will feel good to get your house back in order and your eating and workout habits back to normal too! You can do it!
