Success for day one. I got on my elliptical today and did 10 mins. Now it didn't do a lot of damage or make me sweat. I am trying to make my goal easy to achieve like my spark coach has encouraged me to do. I will achieve this goal which is to make daily activity a part of my everyday life. I want to be an active person not so sedentary.
I know this is the first of many goals for the year that I will achieve. What are some of your goals that you have achieved or hope to achieve?
