FIRST WEIGH IN OF THE NEW YEAR....

AND I WAS UP... emoticon I AM SAD ABOUT THAT...BUT I HAVEN'T GIVEN UP...ACTUALLY I AM REDOUBLING MY EFFORTS AND I AM GOING TO WORK EVEN HARDER THIS WEEK. I AM GOING TO KEEP A BETTER WATCH ON WHAT I EAT, WHEN I EAT AND HOW I AM EATTING. I AM GOING TO TRY HARDER TO WORK OUT MORE FREQUENTLY, AND REGULARLY, SO THAT I CAN BURN MORE CALORIES AND HOPEFULLY START BURNING MORE THEN I AM TAKING IN, SO THAT I AM ACTUALLY BURNING MORE SO THAT I CAN LOSE FOR NEXT SUNDAY...

I AM GOING TO START WITH THE WATCHING OF WHAT I AM EATTING BECAUSE I AM THINKING THAT I MIGHT BE DOING SOME STRESS EATTING. I HAVE BEEN UNDER A LOT OF STRESS LATELY AND IT SEEMS THAT NEW STRESS IS JUST POPPING UP EVERY WHERE IN MY LIFE...IN EVERY AVENUE...SO I NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THAT...AND SEE IF I AM DOING THAT...

AND I AM GOING TO TRY TO FIND A BETTER WAY TO DEAL WITH MY STRESS...MAYBE I WILL HOP ON MY STATIONARY BIKE WHEN I AM FEELING OVERLY STRESSED...THAT IS SOMETHING THAT I CAN DO NO MATTER THE WEATHER OUTSIDE.

    I can totally relate. last week was one of my roughest weigh ins. I eat when I am stressed. I've been trying to curb that with doing some cardio. Even though when I am stressed, working out is the last thing I want to do, i decided to stop thinking about it and juts do it. 10 minutes has been helping so if you can only get 10 try it. Also, If I HAVE to eat, I've been bringing crunchy healthy things such as an apple or mini sweet peppers. They relieve some energy and help get the 5 servings of freggies in.

    Don't let this weigh in get you down, its one of many and this is a lifestlye not a diet. Perfection is not required!
