January Goals

I'm back on Spark after a {too long} of a break! Last time I was successful, I used goals to help motivate myself. So here are my goals for January. Each week I'll come back and see how successful I was at meeting those weekly goals:

So my weekly goals for the next month are as follows:

Aim to burn 1,700 calories per week.
Work out 5 days a week
Complete each workout on the 28 day boot camp with Coach Nicole
Stay within my SP calorie range
Only weigh myself once a week (this will be the hardest part!)
Drink 8 glasses of water a day

So far I'm off to a great start! I'll be back next Saturday with an update. emoticon
