Day 1 January Jumpstart

Today I started the January Jumpstart Challenge. I already did my cardio and toning video. Well lets say I tried them. I watched the arm toning video before I did it and when I went to replay it, it started to act up. I remembered about half of it so for 10 minutes I did what I could remember. Now with the cardio video. I started it and I was doing fine until my left hip and outer thigh started to really hurt. Because if my back acting up I used my muscles differently and thats why my hips and thighs are sore. So for those 12 minutes I kept on moving and did what I could.

Tomorrow Im going to do my best again and listen to my body. Im not giving up even though it feels like my body wants to. My body is just tired and out of shape and I will not stand for that.
