Workout Week 1 Days 3&4

I've already missed a blog!

I just realized that I didn't blog about yesterday's workout. After yesterday, I realized that my body is craving carbs. I struggled with yesterday's workout and had to cut it about 10 minutes short. I know my nutrition isn't great right now, but I took the time today to write out meal plans for the next week, so I don't end up with spaghetti every day. (By the way, I prefer very little in the way of noodles, more in lean meat, and even more in a thick tomato sauce.)

Today's workout was really tough. Again, I had to cut it about 10 minutes short, but it was because I had gone up to a 15 pound weight. I had previously been using a 10 pound, so I knew it was going to be tough, but if I hadn't changed weights, I would have definitely had to go to a new workout otherwise. Level 1 is much more of a challenge now that I've changed weights.

To make up for the shortened workouts 2 days in a row, I think I'll be doing 2 sessions tomorrow.
