Set a goal keep the goal

I am committing to 10 mins of activity everyday for 7 days. I am hopeful I will achieve my goal. I am always struggling with staying active. The plan is to make it a habit in an easy way. It will become a part of my schedule. I will try to blog about the next 7 days and all of my success.

    I have the same problem. One of my new year's resolutions is to "follow a morning routine." On most days I get everything done in less than an hour. It's only a few things and getting on my stair machine for 15 minutes is one of those things. I've been making it a point to follow this routine every morning and it has really helped me. Maybe you need to do the same thing ~~ have a morning routine.
