Day Four

Well, I was right. This is going to be a struggle with my husbands bad influence. Last night we went out to eat. Good thing it was Chinese, which is pretty low in fat. High in calories due to the high amounts of sugar they use, but I still managed to stay within my gaily calorie intake. Yeah! I really need to get some workout time in. I hope my little guy goes to sleep at a decent hour so I can get some in tonight. I don't know though, daddy let him take a really long nap this afternoon while I was out grocery shopping and running errands. It might be a long night up chasing after him. Oh, well. I have worked out everyday so far, so one night off is not going to kill me. I didn't do too bad today, although I do have to admit I wasn't home too much to do my normal snacking. Staying positive and keeping tabs of myself by bogging everyday will hopefully keep me on track. Every day is one day closer to reaching my goals! I emoticon emoticon food emoticon! My savior when it comes to dessert time!

    Small baby steps is the way to go!

    Pick one small goal & work on that till you achieve it & make it a habit. step 2.....pick another small goal & work on that one until you achieve it & make it a habit. Pretty soon you will be well on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

    It's freezing here, I would have to go walk the mall or something. It was 30 and snowing here today :( I am struggling with this cold weather. I moved from sunny southern California to IL a year and a half ago. I didn't realize how much easier it is too stay fit when when you live in vacation weather year round. Hehe. I am going to try an jump on my elliptical tonight. It will feel good to sweat a little, take a hot shower, have a cup of hot tea and then jump into bed!

    Work out when your baby is up..take walks...go to park etc.
