Time for some changes

Saturday, January 05, 2013

So I have been trying this weightloss thing for years, yo yo dieting and such. I am tired of it. Especially now that my health is not good and dealing with the Hashimoto's. This year I am planning to find things that work for me. I want to try to get in the habit of meal planning, something I rarely do but is essential I think when you have a family to make this work. I need to get up and get moving, Not cry over the fact that walking around the yard is pitiful especially when I am out of breath just doing that. I know I don't need to go to the gym I just need get my body moving. So many thoughts, so much I want to accomplish... I need to not look it as a complete overhaul but babysteps.

Be encouraged! You CAN do this! Just take tiny steps every day. A walk around your yard is a GREAT start. Just change one thing at a time and when it feels like you have that down, then start on another. Keep up the good work and don't get down on yourself! We are here together on SP to do this together. Keep up the good work and if you need any encouragement I'm here so please contact me. emoticon emoticon emoticon

So it seems like you have a plan. That's great. I also doing the same. You have to get where you are going in your OWN time. Push it, but dont break your own spirit. Dont cry over any of this, because you are taking the steps to make the change you feel is necessary. Im cheering you on. YOU CAN DO THIS! I CAN DO THIS! WE ARE GOING TO DO THIS! If we couldnt, God wouldnt have provided us with the will, determination, legs and arms, or SPARKPEOPLE. LOL. It will not be easy, but anything worth it, isnt. Now go out there and walk around that yard with some sassiness! Singing, dancing or whatever it is that you do that's gonna make it fun for you.

    Keep Sparkin
