I think I'm going to try sparkpeople again. It worked before and I really would feel better if I was 7-10lbs lighter. Nothing drastic but also reinstating some habits that have slipped by the wayside.
Current plan includes daily- day 1, Jan 5 :
Make & drink green juice-yes
No cheese & limited dairy-yogurt yes
Limited grains - yes
Cardio or Weights AND Pilates or yoga - spinning & yoga yes
eat at home, bring lunch - yes
Vitamins daily w/ h2o - yes
Dog walks- yes
Gotta love when day 1 is a success :)
