1st Weigh In

Today was my first weigh in .. I was afraid that I did not lose not one pound..the one pound that I put myself down for to loe at least a pound a week.. well guess what I did I even lost anextra one more making it 2 pounds this week.. I doubted myself because the tracking keeps saying i need to eat more the calories or te protein was always low so I beefed it up to be in the range.. so happy happy with that..for now...I motivation wise well its off the scale thru the roof..since I have moving around more I have been noticing more energy I have.. eample of it is today after I did my toning video of the day I did my windows..then after dinner did the 30 mins nature walk around my what I can say now for the closing is thanks to SPARKSPEOPLE I think I cn stick it thru...
