My workouts

Well as you know I started back at the gym and Im changing it up by concentrating more so on Weight and resistance training. I am following Katie Cates workout plan from she is amazing the results that she has had are fantastic so I thought I would follow this plan for the next four weeks before changing it up.
So day one I did back and biceps and elliptical
Day 2: I did lower body and a 3 k run
Day 3 chest and triceps and I did an hour on recumbent bike and treadmill
And today is Glutes and hamstrings

I have been a bit sore but it is good. Im feeling great.
The food I have been eating on this program is really nice. I have been a little hungry around dinner time so I think if I skip my morning tea and save that for after dinner I should do better. I only ordered food for 5 days so that I can try to do it (portion sizes) mainly on my own so yesterday I did that and did ok. I had salad sandwich for lunch and fruit for snacks and then dinner was grilled chicken breast in salad with sweet potato mixed through.
So anyway Im off to the gym to hit it.

    Great! My gym closes early on weekends and we were traveling to/at my mom's birthday party most of the day so we didn't make it to the gym today. :( I actually miss it!
