Back on Spark People!

Back on Spark People after a long hiatus. 386 days - long enough! I was just doing other things. I joined - and quit - Weight Watchers. I have done a LOT of sports/fitness events, and now I'm taking charge of my eating. Have some weight to lose, so it's an adventure. However, I'm convinced of the vale of blogging my way to fitness, and Spark People is a wonderful community for that, so here goes emoticon

    Sounds like me. I was away from SP for awhile and let my weight slowly creep back on. I was a WW member, became a lifetime member, and eventually quit. I see more progress when I count calories. I have run the half marathon in the past, but have stopped running since then. I need to get back to the gym and get moving again. Glad you're back on SP! Thanks for the comment on my blog!
