My goals during this challenge is to do three things:

1. Lose one dress size! I know the scale doesn't always work for me but clothes don't lie
2. Lose weight . I want to lose 2lbs a week during the length of the challenge
3. Prep for a 5k. I did three in 2010 . I am having some knee issues, but when cleared, I want to complete a 5k during the challenge
4. Eat clean 80% of the time
