Running Cramps - Help!

Every time I run toward the middle to end of my run I get cramps in my right side. I've read all kinds of stuff about this but nothing has worked for me. What helps for you?

    Stretch your arms up in the middle of a run. You don't have to stop, just reach up (esp on the side that hurts). Take deep breaths - try to imagine all of the air being pulled into your stomach, and push your tummy out a little. I get cramps if I try to tighten my stomach muscles to much when running. Hydration and potassium/sodium are also important. I hope it disappears for you!

    usually fgor me it means my potsasdium is low, try eating a banana as a preworkout snack, or u can also take suppliments if needed they are relitivly inesspensive and csan be fpound on the vitimin isle of your fav grocery store.

    I am also a runner, I don't get the cramps on my right side anymore, but I used too. What used to help is to purse your lips and take deep breaths in and let them out still with your lips pursed. I read that years ago when I started running. It did work for me.

    I know it sounds weird, but give it a try. Hope it does work for you.
