Just because I want to eat, doesn't mean I should.

Eating small meals often means I am getting enough food and should be satisfied after each meal. It is only 4 hours till the next meal. Allow the food eaten to reach your stomach & be satisfied.

Today is a rainy, cold day. Packing Christmas decorations & putting away groceries.

Always remember - NO is a complete sentence!
