My Plan of Attack!

Good morning my Spark friends!

I weighed in again and was 141.4 lbs. So I am losing. We have invited a bunch of friends over tonight for a games night. Everyone is bringing their favourite snacks and appetizers, plus wine or a non-alchoholic beverage. So here's my plan... I am going to drink sparkling water, which I love, (no calories) and have a few tablespoons of tapenade with mutigrain rice crackers, which I will provide. This will total less than 200 calories and practically no fat. I will eat healthy throughout the day, so I won't be starving or feel deprived by the time all of the party food arrives. We also plan on taking the dog for a good walk this morning.This should set me up for success.
