2013 Day 4 - MAN, my knees hurt!

Ok, so I hadn't set off to do this originally but I think I'll make this a goal for January: I will blog every day even if it's just a random update about how my day went. I think (I hope) that it will make me feel more accountable and keep me more on track.

I took the last of the steroid this morning and I can't say that it's too soon. My knees are killing me from all this extra water weight I'm carrying around. My feet and ankles are swollen too. (I know, probably tmi!)

I did get my strength training in today. Just 20 minutes of it but since I haven't done any in MONTHS I am starting out slower. I'm going to have to figure out how to work in a cardio workout this weekend.

    pretaining to the swelling, im wondering if your doc couldnt put u on a mild lasix to help reduce your water retention, i know im on one but then i also have a situation with my heart AND u only take them when needed.

    I find that if I have not done something for a while I need to back track a bit and start from there. Looking forward to your blogging
