2013 Week 1 Goal Sheet

My weekly goal
Since I finished the month-long 10 minutes a day challenge, I have joined the Official January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge. I ended up starting on an odd day of the week, but I'm just going for it based on the day one that I started.
So my exercise goal for the week is:
Follow the Official January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge every day with 10-30 minutes of cardio, plus the video-of-the-day.
I will weigh no more than 161lbs - a goal of 1lb weight loss towards my goal.
I have not set up any rewards for my goals. Occasionally, I will think of one, but I don't have them planned as suggested by SparkCoach. So I am going to do one other blog to plan my rewards.
The January Challenge has a goal to track my food at least 3 days a week for the whole day. I actually do this pretty consistently (accept over the recent holiday). So my goal is going to do this - but mainly to do it in ADVANCE at least 3 days a week to get into a better habit of planning.
Stress eating goal:
Now that I am working longer days, even though I am at home, I find myself stress eating/mindlessly eating. It is something I do when I need a break from work or when I am on the phone and not paying attention to what I'm putting in my mouth. My goal will be too 1) Recognize when I am eating and 2) Ask myself before I put food in my mouth if I'm hungry and if not what else can I do to relax (like drink water, stretch, log in to Spark for 10 minutes).
I will log in to SparkCoach every day for my daily program.
I will log in to one of my Ruzuku coaching course one day a week to keep up my progress with all my life change goals.

I will reach out to at least 3 of my Spark Friends!
