Last night I made a tasty SparkPeople recipe called Cheryl's Swiss Chicken. It was wonderful! Tonight, I planned ahead to make spaghetti. It felt really good to cook dinner, instead of being lazy and picking something up. It makes me proud of myself. I sure do wish I could keep reminding myself of how the extra planning and working ahead are very satisfying (not to mention healthy).
