Fake it Till I Make it!!!

Stealing from Jeanette, but sometimes stealing is all I've got...Planning on faking it for the near future. This whole healthy thing is hard to keep up...faking it makes sense! I don't even know what I'm doing, quite frankly, but if it smacks of healthy, than I'm on board. I'm a Faker! Living in the world of Make-Believe is really all I'm capable of, anyway...

WELL!!!! Fake it til I make it, to me, means I JUST DO IT no matter how I feel. Smile, go for that walk even tho I don't want to. Write down what I eat even tho I ate too much, but I do cuz that is what folks who lose weight do! To say you are only capable of make believe is self-defeating! Hey- it is not pretend to fake it til you make it! It is a real coping mechanism. I am going to exercise and I do it yet feel like I am faking it until I make it as I am not athletic, but putting on those tennis shoes and sweats makes me appear athletic and then working out! Hey look-I am a healthy gal-inside I am faking it, but really, am I? When the deal is done and I have done what I wanted for the day to get healthy! You go girl! Still wish you would find a way to bless yourself!!! You are a beautiful young woman with a wonderful sense of humor and great writing style and YOU ARE GONNA GET HEALTHY!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

You have to truely want this, be sick of seeing you the way you are...And that ain't no make believe girl! Use your daughter, change from a faker to a user...use her to help you exercise, use her to motivate your mind, use her to help you teach yourself how to eat right! By you teaching yourself the healthy way you will teach her...and she will thank you when she is grown, beautiful healthy woman! Outside motivators don't work unless there is something within you that wants it to work! Think about that one! You can do this, I believe in you, and one day that will actually mean something to you! I promise!

dont put yourself down like that! I dont know you, of course but I'm sure you have archieved some goals on your way. Try to look back and see what you have accomplished so far. Count your blessings! Then take a deep breath and move forward! You can do it!
