Today's fitness goal: stay awake

Down hard with the flu. My diet has been tan and warm. I ate what I wanted when I wanted. I barely moved. I lost weight. This is what pisses me off about weight.

Toady I feel a bit better. Still sore, exhausted, coughing, and grumpy. I think my tea is helping.
