Where do I start?

It has been so long since I posted I don't even know where to start. I am doing well but have had a lot of stress in my life. Good and Bad. I am in school. My daughter, son in law and granddaughter moved in with me and my mom was diagnosed with cancer. We have been holding it together and I decided that this is stressful, I am not going to allow this to undo all my hard work yet I recognize that it will be difficult to maintain my previous work out and eating routine. I decided to focus on what I eat and how much. This has worked so far. No gains, other than the normal up 1 or 2 and that doesn't bother me. I didn't gain during the holidays and I am not eating my stress. I am feeling pretty good. I am coming up on the 1 year anniversary of my surgery and I am done 135lbs and feeling great.
