Day 3: Blah day.

I have the plan, I have the tools I have the drive and motivation.

Yet yesterday I had a Blah day. You know you get them every now and then. Mine was yesterday. I did such a great job on Tues, and Wed. then Thursday hit. I just woke up with the Blahs. We had great plans to go into town to watch the Duck game with friends. I just didn't want to. I didn't want to leave the house at all. No idea why. I couldn't even pull it together to go get on my pre core for a few min during the day either.

By the end of the day I had eaten bad stuff, and done nothing. We canceled our plans, and stayed home for the duck game. It turned out to be a good thing as just as the game was ending we had a freezing rain ice storm hit our area. We would of been both driving home in it.

I will call it a 'day of rest' in my fineness routine. I had a daily double on Wed with 60 min on the pre core, and followed by 45 min on the spin cycle. Today I am back out on the pre core.

Oh and by the way my Ducks won their game! emoticon

    Sometimes those days just happen and we need to take it for what it is. For me, that's when I watch TV or read, or just putter around the house.

    Hooray for the Ducks. Thought of you when I heard the score.
    Rest days are needed, as long as they're not strung together into weeks or months. I know you'll be back up and at 'em again soon!

    We all have them, those 'blah' days; not a big deal unless too many of them pile up in a row. Glad you opted to stay home since the freezing rain hit. We got some of that up here, too; a fire engine ended up in a ditch because of the ice, so the roads were definitely to be avoided last night. Happy Friday, have a wonderful weekend!
