My word for the year is blance. To esp. balance my food in order to get my diabetic numbers lower, it has come down a bit but not nearly enough. Since I hadn't been exercising in a while my goal for the month is 900 min. of exercise. I have exercised since Dec 29. and have had no pepsi for 4 days. I severely limited my sugar intake even fruit for now. I'm trying to add veggies and have started with one or two a day. The specialist wanted me to add another medication for my diabetes but it is not covered and would cost to much. At the pharmacy they told me I could take something else that would be covered. I can't get in to see the doctor until Jan 16. In the meantime I have to do what I can to get my numbers down which I have been doing.

There has been so many sales and I have been trying on pants because I'm constinely pulling my up. My husband and kids keep telling me to buy some new pants. I was pleased that I'm down another size but have a couple of problems with most of them. I'm 5' 6" and can fit in a petite but quite a few are too short. The regular size is to big in the hip and butt area and way to long. I still have a stomach so I'm bigger in that area so even though I have lost weight it is still hard to find pants. I did get one pair petite pair that fit good and were long enough and would of bought more if there was another one the same. The looking continues.

All in all I'm feeling positive and motivated and happy I'm back on track.

I am sorry about you've got a diabetic and some of the meds does not cover by your Insurance. I hope some how, your diabetic will be gone. So you don't have to worry about non of these matter.

I can relate to you not able to fine the right pants size. I am opposite of you and I'm petite. Here in the US. it's kinda hard to find me a nice petite size pants. They all seems long for me. And even I bought a pants on sale or got good deal on them, I still have to take them to a local Dry cleaner/tailor to adjust the length to my size. So I have to spend at least $ 15- plus the cost of the pants. (ー ー;)

Glad to know you've got positive feeling and happy and back in track !!
Good Luck on your health journey, we can help motivate each other.
