I am so tired LOL
Took a break day.
Raised my calorie count to the SP recommended
of 1200-1550. I was very hungry, I feel better now.
Only problem is I eat to my limit LOL
On target with food, resting for the day because of
knee pain and tiredness, wish I wasn't such a wimp,
too much at one time and I am down for the count.
I did know my "need" for insulin would go down,
so I am watching it closely.
