I am so tired LOL
Took a break day.

Raised my calorie count to the SP recommended
of 1200-1550. I was very hungry, I feel better now.
Only problem is I eat to my limit LOL

On target with food, resting for the day because of
knee pain and tiredness, wish I wasn't such a wimp,
too much at one time and I am down for the count.

I did know my "need" for insulin would go down,
so I am watching it closely.

    I have started adding pinto beans and broccoli slaw to my diet. It helps with the hunger. Yes smashed beans for breakfast yum!

    Let's not hear any more of this 'wimp' talk. We do what we need to do to take care of our bodies. And...it's dangerous to eat less than your body needs. It takes the right foods to repair our muscles after exercise, which could be why you don't feel your best.
