Even better day

Thursday, January 03, 2013

Well I am feeling a bit better today. I slept a bit better last night. Woke up got younger girls off to school. I walked 30 minutes and watched dr oz on DVR. Got oldest off to school. Hubby took me to bob Evans for breakfast. I was hungry. I had the fit breakfast Multi grain hoecakes with cranberries. Sugar free syrup just a drizzle. Egg lites with a fruit dish. Did a bit of looking at the stores. Picked up youngest then I cleaned the house. I cut up all the strawberries, onions, green peppers, tomatoes. Got blackberries ready to eat. Cleaned out the fridge. Dusted and swept. Even cleaned my fish out. Hubby came home with daughter number 2. I had taken some pie dough I had and baked it with some cinnamon flat like a pizza. I decided to make dinner too. I made homemade chicken BBQ pizza. BBQ sauce, canned chicken, cheddar cheese with onions and green peppers on top and the cinnamon dough baked then topped with cool whip and the different berries I cut up today. The family seemed to love dinner tonight. Oldest stayed over at school for 2 hours for a creative writing course. Played a bit of bingo on my I pad tonight I need to read. I got just under 14,000 steps tonight and I think 8 flights of stairs. I got all my water in and I remembered my vitamins tonight. I did face morning and evening. Did my morning devotional and my love dare too. Today was do something unexpected for your spouse. I cooked dinner. Hubby likes to cook and he is good at it. I read my Bible in a year passages tonight. I am ready for bed. I am tired. Cramps and sore shoulder are a bit better today. Burning stomach well I still have it today. Here's to a great day tomorrow. emoticon
