Today I did something I haven't in a long while

Today I logged the couple of bites I took of canned chicken from the sandwich I was making for my partner. For a while already I have been ignoring these "here n there" bites, but no more.

You know what I notice the most about my weight gain? Other than my clothes fitting terribly of course. My sciatica. It has hurt for what, 5 days already? Believe me, I am stretching, I am walking, I am trying to make it hurt less. I think the only thing that is actually going to alleviate it is to lose the pounds, which is high on my priority list.

Anywho, I just dropped in to say hi.

    Same thing happened with my back. After I dropped 30 lbs I rarely have too many problems. However, aside from my siatica, I have a herniated disc. But it doesn't bother me anymore. You can do this :)

    It's SO easy to "forget" those little bites and tastes! I read a SP motto that helped me be more honest in my tracking: "If you BITE it, WRITE it!" Hope you have success and are able to ease your sciatica pain.
