You can do it! It is at least possible that you'll want to get your calories to the high end of your desired range, so you don't feel weak and hungry. Keep at it, and be sure to adjust your program to make it work for YOU.
Eat something with protein in it. Protein helps you feel full longer. I eat fresh fruit when I'm hungry and sometimes I make myself some vegetables. Also, a lot of times when you feel hungry, you are just thirsty. As for the water, get yourself a water bottle that measures your water and use that everyday. I use a water bottle that holds 20 oz.
