Workout Week 1 Day 2

Well, I was still sore after yesterday, but I made it most of the way through the workout today. I modified the third circuit, though. I hate turkish getups and her squat-jump things. With a passion. I'm starting to get really bored with level 1, but I know I'm not strong enough for level 2. There is a possibility that I may substitute the 30 day shred a couple of times in the next week to prepare for level 2 of the 30 day shred. Today, I also had to stop a lot to hold my cat and pet him and let him in and out of the room. I don't know why he decided he had to have my attention right then, but he did. He's still a big baby, and I do usually enjoy when he wants to cuddle. Just not when I'm in the process of working out.
