This has been a good start to my goals for 2013. I have worked hard to get my steps in this week. While I haven't reached 10K every day, I will average it by the end of the week. I have worked out several times, have added some strength training and toning into my routine and am eating really healthy. Feel my resolve is strong as is my focus. Stay tuned...
