Increase Excitement and Motivation!

Another big plus - I made better time! I did a 12 minute mile!
I ran outside, in the cold and I didn't die!! I didn't even slip on the ice - (I had figured I'd fall and break myself somehow but I didn't!)
I feel so awesome! I'm going to celebrate by treating myself to Chinese food, which technically isn't a healthy choice, but I'm back on track and I am EXCITED!
