A little tired!

Thursday, January 03, 2013

It's been a good day. I "hiked" in the snow for 30 minutes with the young dog. We both needed it and I've become a little obsessed with my exercise. I'm a little sore from strength training two days ago. I often wonder if I'm the only one that is more sore on day 2?

I've eaten at the lower end of my calories, but I still feel full. I made penne and I usually don't eat a lot of pasta. Between that and the garlic bread, I'm done eating tonight!

I also cleaned the horse paddock. That's a nice whole body workout in the cold. So still at it on day three! Let's all keep at it because together emoticon !

Most of us are at their worst on day two. I had to give up my core class on Wed because it hurt too much on a 11 hour Friday shift.

I'm always more sore on day 2, also.

I also appreciated the post about your year in review.

    Keep up the good work!

Are you one of those wackadoos that still walk their dog when its 7 degrees out???!!!

I am usually more sore on day 2 and I think that is pretty common. A trainer explained why to me but I forgot.

You are already amazing so no need to go crazy.

I'm always more sore on Day 2 - active recovery helps works out the kinks so even though I start out a little sore I feel better by the end. Keep on trucking!

You are doing so well!! Impressive exercise. So good you've figured out how to be full within your calorie range. Hooray! Yes, I also experience the second day soreness, and sometimes the first day and the third day, too. It will pass. Keep up the great work!! emoticon

Way to go!! :) I've been trying to add steps each day. Parking a little farther away at work. Not up to what I want to be yet for this week, but I'll get there! emoticon
