I keep trying to find the exercise and fitness regime that I love. It's been a long struggle and I'm still searching. I long for that moment when I can say - Yes this is the one! Maybe I'll fall in love with hot yoga, or decide that Zumba is what's missing in my life. I've heard that exercise gives you energy and makes you ready to face the day. But I've mostly felt tired and lethargic from exercise. So here's my fitness challenge, what can I do that engages me? What can I do that's fun? What can I do that keeps me coming back for more? I'll keep looking but mostly I wonder how many calories I burn gaming?
