I'm glad that you listed all the ways that you can get stressed about making changes in one's routine. When the changes come about because of job demands, it can be tough and rough at the same time. The temperature changes are easier to take when you don't have to dress as a "fashion-ista". If your work allows you to wear dress pants, than you don't have to wear two different outfits to stay warm.

I think you should have given yourself lots more credit about having your lunch ready to go. emoticon That, in my opinion, guarantees being saved from the mid-afternoon fuzziness that often derails nutrition / fitness plans for the rest of the day. So "Hats Off" to that great decision, and making the follow-through on it a top priority.

We all have strengths that help us to cope with change. Sounds like you have tapped into several systems that are working for you.
