Doing great so far...

Well so far this whole entire year I have worked out. I have been to the gym every day. I am focusing on doing weight and resistance training as I have read that it comes with great results. I am also doing cardio such as elliptical and treadmill. I have really sore arms today and am finding it hard to straighten them of all things. Weird I know. Well my lite and easy food came and it is soooooo good. I had salad with bacon and egg and pasta in it today and for dinner rissoles, mash, carrots and peas. It was so good. The potato was real potato I was expecting deb or something so I was greatly surprised and the veges are fresh not those quick freeze type where you can taste water in them. I need to be more diligent with my water intake but I will work on that. I went to the movies today and took my little muffin so I didn't share any of the skittles the kids had, Went to see the hobbit which was great. Loved it.
