Okay first of all, yes, I have been there, trust me, I just cried about it not too long ago. I used to be very athletic, just put my first vlog myself. U actually inspired me to do so. Just get the emotion over it. My vlog today will probably be similar to yours. I have become very frustrated especially about the lack of willpower I don't have. I do want to run and do want to jump my body physically won't let me. I am and have been where you are. I think with small things, I have a reward system in place for myself. I find different ways to challenge anything. As of now I am trying a smoothie challenge from http://simplegreensmoothies.com/30-
day-challenge and I am on day one. It is everything that I don't want to do but I must. I completely understand everything you are feeling. I have to start and stay with the small steps. 100lbs, psh im with you on that emotion, however, I say anything is possible....We can do this!!! :) (for now) we will always and will continue to have set backs and fall down, its how many times we move forward and continue upward that is worth the struggle. 30lbs or 10lbs its weight being released along with its emotional baggage that comes with it! you look wonderful! Love yourself in the here and now. :D

LMBOFF@ Dunlap Bra I CAN NOT workout PERIOD with out a girdle on .... I hate running... its just uncomfortable on my whole body...
i love the idea of finding different GOALS per months... keep me posted maybe we can some stuff at the same time ... some ppl would say that we should be consistent with something if we want to see results ... what sucks is i tend to get bored with one activity.
100 pounds isn't that far fetched your trainer is right you could pull it off... just don't think about it.
