Well I did not meet my nutritional goals today, but I logged on and tracked my food and saw what I did. I am more mindful of what my intake is. Goal for tomorrow is to work out.

    Thats great. THe nutrition tracker really helps ---even to let you know where you are at! Even if I have a "slip up" at least I know where I went wrong and what I've to work on...right now I'm really trying to target my "fats" keeping them in range would be great! :D You just keep on tracking and you'll be amazed at the help it is! You can do it!

    I love the nutrition tracker. I use it everyday. I'd rather be under my totals than over. Better luck tomorrow on your nutritional values and your workout.
