Did you actually fall down...nothing was accomplished?!? If you succeeded in making any of your plan for the day, it is a success! One day at a time, one step at a time. With each new day, comes another opportunity to get one more aspect of the plan work. emoticon Be kind to yourself. emoticon

Don't sweat you said, back at it tomorrow. This is how so many people "fall off the wagon", they have a setback or a bad eating day and then throw in the towel. I've been at this 21 months and have never fallen off the wagon, not that I haven't overeaten or chosen to eat the wrong thing because I have...I just didn't let that throw me off my journey and I didn't continue to do it day in and day the big picture mess ups here and there are not going to matter. Keep it moving and you'll get to where you want to go:) Just don't give up...wishing you all the best.
