Wedding Workout Week 1 Day 1

I'm keeping track of my workouts so I can see the improvements over the next 9 weeks, and see where I need to pay attention to.
Well, after day 1 of the 30 Day Shred, Jillian nearly killed me. I did quite a bit of laying in the floor attempting to breathe, but I did as much as I could do. I know I need to work on my arms. They are notoriously week, and I've never been able to do her squat and press through the whole exercise. My arms just can't handle being in the air that long. Cardio is another one of my weak spots. I'm doing better than when I started this thing the first time, but my fiance actually came in and asked if I was OK, so I must have been doing some serious huffing and puffing.
I definitely prefer her kettlebell workout (tomorrow's workout, by the way) because it's less straight cardio and more cardio/strength combos. Today did produce a great sweat, though. I do have some questions as to whether or not my thighs will work properly in the morning. I'll get used to this and I'll be fit by the time I finish these serious workouts.
