I completed a morning workout!

When I lost weight about 5 years ago a lot of it had to do with getting up and some ungodly hour and doing my pilates dvd. Add a house, dog, and boyfriend and it gets a little hard to talk myself into the early mornings. Well I managed to get myself up at 5:30 and complete a 30 minute yoga dvd. I have to say I had a lot of energy and felt great today. I'm not going to get too crazy after one day, but it's a start. I'll see how it's going in the next couple weeks after I'm not coming off 11 days of vacation sleep ins.

    I need to do this myself. You're right, it works. I keep telling myself to do it, and then never set the alarm. My knee is messed up from falling on the ice last night, but as soon as I can do a decent workout, I will get up.

    Keep it up, if you know your body likes it, that should help.
