I love quinoa! I eat it a lot! Last night, when I was having a carb craving, I had some with some low fat milk, sugar (weaning off of the artificial stuff), and cinnamon. YUM! I ate some for breakfast this morning---with a little bit of olive oil to sauté some onions and toast up the quinoa. If you haven't tried it...I highly recommend you do! It is not only a grain with good carbs, but one that is a complete protein. emoticon
