I didnt feel all that great yesterday. I had little aches and pains. Today I woke up feeling pretty dang good. I went to the track this morning and no one was on it. I was shocked! Normally the track enjoys a increase of people walking at the start of the year but not this year! Anyway, I walked/ran on the track. It felt really good! All my shorts are holding me back. I dont have any draw strings on them so they kind of slide down. I always have to slow down to grab them, im going to have to invest in new shorts! I walked'ran 2.5 miles on the track. I then went to the gym to hit the treadmill for another 1.1 miles. The gym has new treadmills with different little programs. So I started to try the rolling hills program and it was pretty interesting. It starts you off at a zero incline and out of no where it jumps to 10% then down to 5%, back to 10% and then to 0. I cant believe im going to say this but the program kind of made the treadmill fun!

    emoticon Shrinking out of our pants / shorts is a good problem to have in most ways (minus the having to go buy more).
