Forgetting the fall of 2012

Here I am... once again. Why have I been away? Well, the usual thing, going off the "wagon" + a sudden addiction to Pinterest (major, major addiction!!! much more manageable now...) + sickness and fatigue, etc.

But I am now rested, back on track and ready to do my best. I feel rested and when I do, I am much more in control of my weight. Now, how to feel rested enough most of the time? That is the question... 7 out of 20 people in my service are on a prolonged sick leave . This may give you an idea of how tired I was at the end of the semester. And of course, no one is being replaced... Luckily, I still have my trainer who gave me regular kicks in the derrière...

Oh! another thing... I had forgotten my new password for Sparks...That didn't help!

Also, my gym closed down... Bankruptcy. So I had to find a new gym which isn't that easy since I had to switch from a woman's gym to an "everyone" gym. But it's done now and I keep the same trainer, which is absolutely essential.

OK. I just want to forget fall 2012. It's behind me. Spring is coming and before that... my beach vacation. So forward I go!

    Our bests efforts sometimes are met with incredible challenges!
    I figure it's a good thing we were on the right path at the beginning said challenges, otherwise, where would we be?
    I've just bit the bullet and reset my goals, updated my current weight, etc. It's a work in progress!
    I do hope our journeys continue to meet, its always nice to know that others are headed in the same (right) direction! Even if we take a little 'break' once in a while...!!

    Hey, welcome back, Prodigal Woman!

    Vandal is on an extended leave; he even deactivated his page. emoticon He said he'll be back when he is able to feel truly committed. He's joined the "biggest loser" competition at his gym so I'm hoping he'll be back soon, bragging about his buff self! emoticon

    Me, I've been stagnant for the past 7 months (no weight loss) but at least I've kept off the 25 pounds I lost in the first part of 2012.

    I am ready to get moving again too! It sounds like you have all your planets aligned, so you are back in business. Sorry about the short-staffing at school, that just SUCKS. I used to have a boss who would say, "You've done so much, with so little, for so long, pretty soon we'll have you believing you can do everything with nothing." (Now why did she think I would find that funny?????)
