Day One of My Cleanse

All in all I feel great. I have been preparing for my weight loss adventure for awhile now. I'm consistent with tracking my food, I drink my water and I have clarified my goals and motivation. I am committed to 30 straight days of exercise- even just 10 minutes.

I don't feel any anxiety or trepidation. I know that if I embrace the system it will work for me. I honestly believe I am really ready. I plan on staying plugged in and focused.

I am actually looking forward to my first weigh in next Monday.

    I thinkk we are BOTH finally ready to do this! I know you've maintained the bulk of your weight loss for a while now, but now want to reach your goal.
    I have stopped and started and re-gained so many times it's really comical. BUT -- I think we are both in a good place right now and I know we will get there. You might have to give me a push now and again, but I know that you are right, they system will work and the plan will work if I only stick to it!
    Good luck with the five day cleanse. You have more discipline than I do...I'm not a fan! ha!
