December Tally and January Goals

Hi, everyone. I hope that you had a wonderful New Year. I'm feeling great about 2013. I'm not one for resolutions but I do feel strongly committed to maintaining a healthier lifestyle. With that in mind, below is my end tally for goal tracking for December along with my January goals.

December Goals:

Starting weight = 119.6, Starting BMI = 22.6
Ending weight = 117, Ending BMI = 22.1

Fitness goals:
1) Get in a strength training session 3x per week (14/12) emoticon
2) Maintain 500 fitness minutes per week for a minimum of 2,000 for the month (4/4) - MONTHLY TOTAL = 2,006 emoticon

1) Drink no more than 3 diet sodas per week for a maximum of 13 this month (3/4) - I DRANK 14 SODAS THIS MONTH. emoticon
2) Stay within daily calorie range 29 of 31 days (25/29) emoticon

1) Post a blog at least weekly with goal progress (4/4) emoticon
2) Put at least $250 in savings after each of the 2 pay days this month for a total of $500 for December (2/2) emoticon

January Goals:

1) Strength train at least 3x per week
2) Achieve a minimum of 2,000 fitness minutes for the month
3) Take at least 10,000 steps per day 5x per week
4) Lose at least 2 pounds this month

1) Drink no more than 10 diet sodas for the month
2) Track all food and stay within range for at least 29 days this month

1) Put at least $250 in savings each pay day (there are 2)
2) Get the house more organized (clean out closets and donate what we don't want, clean cabinets, book shelves, etc)
3) Have at least 10 random acts of kindess/pay it forward actions
