Toning & tightening up!!

This year my goals will be to focus on toning and tightening up, this has been the biggest challenge for me yet!! emoticon

    Yes, strength training is so hard but critical for women. If you do too much cardio and not enough ST you risk losing bone and muscle mass that was my big mistake and I paid for it with osteoporosis. Twice a week work hard with days of rest in between. ST really tones you fast. Do remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if you start building it, the number on the scale may not make you happy, but loose fitting clothing will show you are on the right track!

    Weights, weights, weights emoticon Free weights, machine weights, even your body weight ....... Just stay consistent and push your self hard!! You can do it!!! emoticon
